We used Abroadscope services in a quite dire situation to obtain a South African visa at the last minute, after another competing agency let us down. The specialist assigned to our case, Zadrean, followed up punctually and professionally, made herself available for several calls to explain the latest updates and always reassured us that they had everything under control. I planned my trip to South Africa not knowing how difficult it will be to get an e-visa. I filled up application, attached all required documents on official Department of Home Affairs Republic of South Africa, but the last step of payment was not working. Thinking that this was some sort of glitch in the system I waited one day and tried again, but nothing changed. The website for payment still wasn’t working. As the time till my trip was rapidly approaching I start worrying that I might not get my visa on time. I found this agency online a bit less then two weeks before my departure and asked for a help. They replied instantly. As this was my only hope to get e-visa on time I had to trust them. From the beginning Zadrean was very helpful and professional. She was responsive and informative, what made my inpatient waiting much easier. I got my e-visa literally few hours before my flight what was so stressful and the same time big relieve and joy. A big thanks to the Abroadscope team for helping me get the SA VISA. My VISA was rejected by the home affairs website very close to my travel date. I was really anxious and then I got to know about this website while reading online reviews. I thought of giving it a chance as I had no other option left. I am glad I took the chance. After several attempts to get a South Africa eVisa for my fiancee on my own, I was at a loss. The South African eVisa platform is not always user-friendly, and your eVisa submission can get buried or “lost.”
