Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Abroadscope, an Immigration Practitioner licensed company. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Outcome Guarantee: While Abroadscope will make every effort to obtain a favorable outcome for your visa application, we do not guarantee the success of your application.

Third-Party Services: Abroadscope acts as a third-party service provider in conjunction with the services offered by the Department of Home Affairs. We assist you in the visa application process, but the final decision rests with the Department of Home Affairs or the relevant issuing authority.

Additional Costs: Any courier fees, translation fees, administrative fines payable to the Department of Home Affairs, and any other costs not included in the initial quotation may be billed separately as required.

Cancellation Fees: If you decide to cancel your application, cancellation fees will apply. The fees will be determined based on the amount of work that has been performed on your application.

Payment Terms: All payments for disbursements must be made immediately or before the submission of the application. For Permanent Residency and applications submitted to Embassies abroad, the full payment must be made before the submission of the application. For Temporary permit applications, 50% of the service fees must be paid before work commences, and the remaining balance is due before the submission of the application.
