After trying and failing 3 times (with assistance from 3 different service providers), to secure a retirement permit for SA, I ended up engaging Abroadscope to help me with a 4th attempt to get my Retirement permit. Their assistance was impressive and their help was always timely and accurate. I guess the pack of documents required for the submission of my application was meticulously put together and... 'perfect' which helped enormously. Contrary to the first three attempts, the application itself was accepted in full and went like 'clock-work'. Within 4 weeks I was invited to collect my SA retirement permit. THANKS ABROADSCOPE this was a superb service.

Candice is absolutely amazing. I was declared undesirable upon leaving SA as I overstayed due to no flights being available after the conflict in the Middle East, despite doing all of my extension paperwork and not having any option of leaving the country safely. I was incredibly worried and anxious about not being able to return to SA, but with the help and support of Candice she was able to handle my appeal correctly and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the extremely stressful process. Candice handled all of my paperwork and was able to help justify the situation correctly. I am eternally grateful and would recommend Candice and Abroadscope to anyone who is needing support or guidance with visas etc. Candice and her team are complete professionals at what they do and I could not be more grateful for their help on my appeal.

I honestly cannot recommend AbroadScope enough.

I had an extremely complicated case with my South African travel authorization. The ETA system simply would not work no matter what I tried, and after submitting my eVisa application I never received any updates or responses. I spent weeks emailing different departments, calling, and trying to get help, with no success. My trip had been fully planned and paid for months in advance, so the stress was overwhelming.

I reached out to AbroadScope, and from the very beginning they were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me. They took over my case and, amazingly, within just two days, they managed to get everything resolved. After weeks of getting nowhere on my own, they accomplished what I couldn’t.

Their communication was outstanding throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me peace of mind during one of the most stressful travel situations I’ve ever experienced.

If you’re dealing with any visa or immigration issue, I highly recommend AbroadScope. Their service is worth every penny, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thank you so much for everything. You truly saved our trip, and I’ll be recommending you to everyone I know.
