Understanding The Visa

Eligibility Criteria

Occupation: Must be employed in a remote position by a recognized foreign employer.
Income Thresholds: Minimum annual salary of R1,000,000.00 (about $64,800 USD).
Tax Clearance: Not required if the visa is for a period not exceeding 6 months within a 12-month period.
Medical Insurance: Not required, but applicants must provide a medical certificate indicating good health.
Criminal Record: No criminal convictions.
Visa Validity: Indicated to be 3 years (subject to confirmation) with renewal options.
Dependents: Spouses and dependents may be included with additional requirements.
